We at Pavasiya Hospitality believe that the mantra to happiness and the spread of warmth can be achieved when good food is served with utmost love and passion. Our first outlet “LEONARDO” was founded in 2013 to recreate the magic of Italian cuisine in the by lanes of Surat. With the immense popularity that the restaurant enjoyed, we realized that there was a dearth of specialty restaurants both in the Fine Dining and Casual Dining spheres. All this motivated me to follow our single-minded dream with 'passion, 'hard work' and 'dedication' and thus, began the journey of “SPICEVILLA” (Restaurant & Banquet) and later, “PAVILION” – (Restaurant & Party Lawn) which aimed at bringing innovative and creative dining experience for all. We like to bring some creativity, some inspiration into these highly competitive businesses. It could be a new menu item, or an ad, or a song. We love to prepare it and serve it, and personally relish it. Our mission will always be to bring "passion onto your plate" and with our excellent teamwork, we continue with the spirit of "making our guests feel special."

Pavilion focuses on premium, quality ingredients from the finest local purveyors. We take pride in researching every item we serve and go the extra mile in assuring quality is never compromised. We buy the best local, responsibly sourced ingredients – it makes a difference, and you can taste it!

Our biggest investment is our people. Pavilion has assembled a team of top talent and hospitality professionals from every aspect of the industry, allowing the combined knowledge to solution any challenge that comes our way. Our team has one thing in common — passion! We are known for our love of food, commitment to our clients, and our “yes” attitude.

Our state-of-the art commissary is located in Surat. Gujarat. We have 10,000 square feet of high-volume capacity, which allows our culinary teams to prepare fresh food from scratch and batch cook for each order. Our method allows more variety and diversity in our menus, and freshness to our clients.
